Reichsregiment

-descends from the Handelspräsidium which was formed to coordinate the Handelsverein
-council which manages the executive and "advises" the emperor
-two members per circle
-idea being that they'd negotiate for each of their circles
-stays in power if it can pass a budget
-practically speaking, this means it's dependent on Reichshandelskollegium, aside from small spending for which it may depend on constituent states

Reichstag

-formed from the Old Reichstag of the Holy Roman Empire combined with the Handelstag of the Handelsverein
-Reichsweltlichekollegium, Reichsgeistlichekollegium, and Kurfürstenkollegium meet in the Old Town Hall
-while Reichshandelskollegium meets in purpose-built building

-College of Cities consists of Hamburg, Bremen, Lübeck, Frankfurt, Augsburg, and Nuremberg, now essentially just a curia
-in practice consists of delegations from the states, with vote totals essentially unchanged
-by constitutional regulation, requires dual consent of the lower house of the state legislature and the immediate ruler
-highest chamber and most prestigious
-with older and more experienced politicians seeking to be placed there

-assembly of clerics
-consisting of the various Roman Catholic and Independent Catholic episcopacies, and the Protestant bishops/consistorial representatives (where appropriate)
-and the Exarch of the German Orthodox Exarchate
-evolved out of "personalist" clerics instituted following 1804 who were given extraterritorial representation in the Reichstag
-has a veto over religious legislation

-popularly elected among a series of "Stände", which are divided among states and cities
-each Ständ consists of a series of delegates from corporate chambers

-university staff and certain graduates

-urban-dwellers
-arts and culture
-agriculture/other
-originated as body to allow for commerce - thus its name
-to manage telegraph and railroad systems, and clear customs barriers and like
-eventually democratized but with several levels of election
-main assembly of German nation and assent required for all bills

-however, the Staatsrat may also levy taxes from the constituent states
